This is one of 4 parts to a project I'm working on. It's 8" x 8" and is bead embroidery on interfacing. I estimate about 80-90 hours including design time. I use primarily seed beads size 11/o and 15/o with Fireline. This is part of the 2007 Bead Journal Project (www.beadjournalproject.com). It was supposed to be done between June 2007 and May 2008 but I've gotten waaaaaay behind (I'm only done with 1/3 of the project). I'm working on the second quarter now, which is called Fire and I still have Water and Earth to go. When it's done, it will be a 16" x 16" piece that I want to be the top (under glass) of a mahogony table (not designed yet) or a wall hanging.
